Our established customers are all involved with the petro-chemical industry and have multi million pound turnovers. We found that without being accredited to ISO 9001 however, it was impossible to even tender for work with others in that same industry. We therefore identified, attaining ISO 9001 to be a business priority. Our existing, unaccredited quality system, was upgraded to be compliant with NW&A doing 90% of the work.

From identifying the need to attain ISO 9001, through to being independent accredited, took just 4 months. Accreditation was achieved within budget and equally as importantly for us, it was achieved within a very short period of time.
NW&A have transformed our in-house quality system from an add-hock after thought that was loosely based on ISO 9001 to a customer focussed system that fully complies with all the requirements and is independently accredited.

As an SME we value having free expert advice available 24/7. NW&A continues to administer our quality system on a part time basis, which we find to be a most cost effective solution.
